Overview

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Creative Business Advantages. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Service Scope

Creative Business Advantages provides managed structured communication systems, including Virtual Front Desk Systems and related operational support.

Services are defined through written agreement prior to implementation. Scope, pricing, and included coverage are outlined in client agreements.

Subscription Structure

Services operate on a subscription basis. A minimum engagement term may apply as defined in the service agreement.

Subscription pricing reflects system configuration, deployment, and ongoing oversight. If usage exceeds the agreed coverage level, service tier adjustments may apply.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information

  • Maintaining any required third-party service accounts (such as messaging or phone infrastructure providers)

  • Informing us of operational changes that affect communication handling

Failure to provide accurate or updated information may affect system performance.

System Modifications

Minor refinements are included as part of managed oversight. Substantial structural changes may require additional scope definition and may incur additional fees.

All modifications are implemented in a controlled and documented manner.

Limitation of Liability

While we design systems for reliability and structured handling, no communication system can guarantee uninterrupted operation under all conditions.

Creative Business Advantages is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

Termination

Either party may terminate service in accordance with the terms defined in the client agreement. Upon termination, system access and associated infrastructure may be discontinued.

Modifications to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Updates will be reflected on this page.

SMS Notifications

If an authorized representative of a subscribed business account elects to receive SMS notifications as part of CBA’s virtual front desk service, Creative Business Advantages may send operational text notifications to the designated mobile number provided for that account through the SMS Notification Consent process. These notifications may include lead alerts, callback requests, customer messages, and related service notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or reply HELP for assistance. SMS notifications are used only in connection with an active subscribed business account and are not used for marketing.
